ELEKS announces an opening for the position of IT Business Analyst at Lviv office.
Overview:
The role of a Business Analyst in the IT domain is liaison between Information Technologies and Business stakeholders to ensure that a technical solution being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. This includes elicitation, documenting, analysis of the system requirements, as well as their management, tracking, validation and verification.
Main Responsibilities:

Planning Business Analysis activities
Defining Business Needs
Defining Solution Scope
Conducting Stakeholder Analysis
Conducting Elicitation Activities
Performing Requirements Analysis
Managing Solution Scope and Communicating Requirements
Conducting Solution Assessment and Validation
Conducting demo, user training sessions or other knowledge transfer activities
Perform a role of a Proxy Product Owner in a project

 
Mandatory Requirements:

Working experience in writing business, functional and non-functional requirements
Working experience in system, process and data flow modelling
Hands-on experience of business analysis techniques and tools
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
Working experience in estimation, planning and conducting BA activities
Exceptional attention to details
Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferred

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or other related field
Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of Business Analysis, Requirement Engineering and System Analysis
Understanding of Quality Assurance, Project Management and SDLC methodology (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) principles
Understanding of offshore software development specifics
Fluent spoken and written English
