We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our international team of developers, analysts, project managers and creative thinkers who for years have been delivering some of the most challenging and innovative eCommerce projects. Our team has gained a reputation in Australia for being one of the most technically able and successful agencies in the industry.
The core competence will be the ability to gather & document customer requirements, map them to platform capabilities, analyse and provide them to the dev team.
Other responsibilities:
Creation of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process maps
Identification of strengths and weaknesses in the current client processes and systems
Providing recommendations for improvements
Full ownership of project documentationYour profile:
Exceptional communication skills
English knowledge
Ability to adapt and think on your feet
Extremely motivated and keen to learn
Technical or business background will be a benefit
Experience of working as a business analyst will be a benefit
Experience in documenting & analyzing system integration solutions would be a significant advantage
