Responsibilities:

Be responsible for scope management / change management process during solution implementation;
Lead requirements creation process from the gathering to final demos and sign-offs (functional / non-functional / integration requirements)
Be responsible for supporting of the implementation process
Facilitate UAT process and obtain sign-off for delivered functional scope;
Act as a connection point between the Customer and Delivery Team;
Lead and organize work of BA and UX teams;
Play Mentor’s role for Junior BAs & newcomers.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
• Experience with full project life cycle in an Agile/Scrum environment, at least 2 fully participated and successfully delivered project;
• Strong understanding of a full lifecycle development process from requirements gathering to rollout;
• Scope management and change management experience;
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills;
• Experience in working with 3rd party vendors;
• English of B1 and higher level;
• Ability to work under stress and with strict timelines and changing priorities;
• Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development.
NICE TO HAVE
• Knowledge of Financial or People Management domain areas;
