В R&D центр компании необходим Senior Business Analyst/Technical Writer на несколько проектов, аналогов которым нет в РБ, и очень мало в мире. Вся команда состоит только из senior специалистов, амбиции очень большие.

Projects Description

Scorum Blockchain — Graphene based fork of Steem Blockchain is used as a basis upon which Scorum is building its products. BA is required to get acquainted with existing functionality, describe it (from a logical and technical perspective) and actively participate in further project development and support.
Blogging Platform — Sports content optimized blogging platform is one of the key projects of the Scorum ecosystem. It allows users to be rewarded for acting as author or curator of the content. It is also our main source of revenue due to advertising being integrated in the platform. The project is just starting, so BA is required to actively participate in the initial scope requirements development, further project development and support.
Stats Center — Statistics with integrated services and live streams is one of the key projects of Scorum ecosystem. It allows users to get most up to date stats about its favourite sports/teams/individuals, join live streams and buy sports related merchandise online. BA is required to get acquainted with existing functionality, describe it (from a logical and technical perspective) and actively participate in further project development and support.
Betting — Commission-free betting exchange is one of the key projects of Scorum ecosystem. It allows users to bet on sports events with other user, see betting statistics and much more. The project is starting soon, so BA is required to actively participate in the initial scope requirements development, further project development and support.
Fantasy Sports — Commission-free fantasy sports platform is one of the Scorum projects with huge potential. It allows users to create its dream team from real athletes within different categories, compete with other users and get rewarded for winning different tournaments and competitions. BA is required to get acquainted with existing functionality, describe it (from a logical and technical perspective) and actively participate in further project development and support.

 

Responsibilities

Analysis and description of project requirements: system requirements, business requirements, integration with third-party services
Drawing up of specifications, mockups, diagrams and prototypes of the product in Confluence
Interaction with stakeholders: product director, marketing director, technical director, Art. director and development teams
Tasks description in Jira and maintenance of backlog in the current state
Create and maintain project documentation
Interaction with the development team, sharing knowledge of the project, so that everyone has a correct understanding of the requirements
Manage changes to business requirements including assessing the impact of change
Constantly analyze and monitor usage of products and features in order to keep the product up to date, change focus or deprecate unused features

Requirements

Business Analyst or Product Manager experience from three years or more
IT experience of 3 years and more
Analytical mind
Experience in prototyping in Axure, Balsamiq, InVision or similar applications
Experience in creating readable documentations
Responsibility, organization, stress-resistance, results orientation
Flexibility and ability to find a common language with different people.
