Wanted: Senior Business Analysts for SharePoint Competence Center (EPAM Systems)

We welcome Senior Business Analysts to join our SharePoint Competence Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for both technology-agnostic business analysis and SharePoint consulting.

Since for the second part SharePoint knowledge is essential, trainings will be provided in case of necessity.

Besides project activities our specialists are also involved in pre-sales processing.

Responsibilities:

Elicit and analyze customer requirements;
Create and update Software Requirements Specification documents (representing information in various formats – UML/BPMN diagrams, mockups, tables and text);
Communicate requirements to a project team (be a liaison between a customer and team members);
Make sure that functionality is implemented according to the requirements;
Assess if customer requirements are covered by SharePoint out-of- the-box functionality and what customization is needed;
Analyze if customer requirements can be changed to meet SP OOB functionality as much as possible without affecting Business Goals, and make corresponding proposals.

Requirements:

BA experience in IT (3+ years);
Experience in modeling and prototyping (2+ years);
Experience of direct communication with customer (1+ years);
English level: Upper Intermediate/Advanced;
SharePoint knowledge and experience is an advantage.

Project Description:

SharePoint Competence Center is a department dedicated to Microsoft SharePoint practice. Our team consists of 60+ SharePoint Resources including MVPs, Microsoft and AIIM certified, functional experts and architects. We delivered solutions for 20+ clients.
