We would like to offer you a great opportunity to work on the airline’s “kitchen”, where we create high-technological and user-friendly travel services.
We are looking for business analyst to work on one of our projects – Booking Management or Manage YourBooking (MYB).
MYB is a service that allows S7 travellers to access and manage their journeys. It helps S7 clients to check status of their order, receive detailed and up to date information about the flight and additional services available, make any required changes to the booking, purchase flight ancillaries like additional baggage and extra-space seats and request a refund or exchange, if needed.

Formalise and document requirements for S7 booking management system;
Validate requirements with Service Owners and business representatives;
Decompose requirements into User Stories with Acceptance Criteria;
Participate in MVP definition process;
Participate in mock-ups’ validation;
Participate in development process and provide clarifications to development teams;
Participate during CAT / UAT and provide input for fixes / changes;
Create and distribute required user guides as input to operations for support;
Analyse suppliers’ technical specifications and defines fit;
Support Service Owners with technical and business expertise;
Research and suggest changes and introduction of new capabilities.Requirements:
Working experience as a business or system analyst in developmet team is necessary;
Working experience in e-commerce — preffered;
Working experience in Travel business, Airlines — preferred;
Knowledge of GDS is a plus;
Knowledge of JSON, XML is a plus;
Comfortable use of Google Analytics and other date analysis tools;
Upper-Intermediate English;
Agile experience;
Strong communication and analytical skills,
Willingness to learn new technology.Oppotunities:
