We welcome Senior Business Analysts to join our Content Competence Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for both technology-agnostic business analysis and ECM/WCM/DAM platforms’ consulting.

 

Since for the second part ECM/WCM/DAM platforms knowledge is essential, trainings will be provided in case of necessity.

Besides project activities our specialists are also involved in pre-sales processing.

Responsibilities:

Elicit and analyze customer requirements;
Create and update Software Requirements Specification documents (representing information in various formats – UML/BPMN diagrams, mockups, tables and text);
Communicate requirements to a project team (be a liaison between a customer and team members);
Make sure that functionality is implemented according to the requirements;
Assess if customer requirements are covered by ECM/WCM/DAM paltform out-of- the-box functionality and what customization is needed;
Analyze if customer requirements can be changed to meet OOTB functionality as much as possible without affecting Business Goals, and make corresponding proposals.

Requirements:

BA experience in IT (3+ years);
Experience in modeling and prototyping (2+ years);
Experience of direct communication with customer (1+ years);
English level: Upper Intermediate/Advanced;
ECM/WCM/DAM platforms knowledge and experience is an advantage.

Content Competence Center is a department dedicated to Content practice. Our team consists of 200+ specialists including MVPs, Microsoft and AIIM certified, functional experts and architects. We delivered solutions for clients over the world.
